Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive (Road Construction)

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and play a key role in sales evaluation and portfolio management across road construction and civil engineering industry.
Basic up to $5,000 (Depending on experience)
Transport + Petrol Allowance $1,500
Performance Bonus
5 Days work week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities
- Develop business sales strategy with key stakeholders to ensure sales alignment is on track
- Prepare sales quotation and support full due diligence process ensuring all relevant factors are considered
- Managing sales projects and work closely with key stakeholders to develop sale structure
- Evaluate business opportunities by building sales model and conducting valuation analysis
- Monitor and manage performance of existing portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with sales growth objective
- Collect, update and analyse data, perform sales modelling and track sales model accuracy by compiling projections with actual financial outcomes
- Close collaboration with project, operation and finance teams to meet sales objectives
- Oversee the collection of payments from customers in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Road construction, building, civil engineering
