Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Public relations & digital marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and sales
- Develop and implement media strategies across social, digital and Public relations platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life
- Source and manage KOLs, influencers, and media partners
- Organise Public relations activities including media kits, invitations & campaign launches
- Build partnerships with hotels, tourist platforms & external stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
- Analyse data and optimise strategies to maximise reach and ROI
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience in marketing, Public relations, or digital campaigns (retail experience is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of social media & digital platforms
- Creative, proactive and able to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
