Customer Service Officer (Call & Email Support) – Government Project (OJT provided)
We are hiring a customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre team to support a Government project. If you enjoy helping people, resolving enquiries, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a stable and meaningful career in customer service.
Location: Near Labrador (Mapletree Business City)Salary: Up to $2,800 + KPI Incentive + Bonus
Working Schedule: 5 days/week [8.45am to 6.15pm / 11.45am to 9.15pm]
Contract Duration: 6 months - 12 months (Subject for renewal)

What You Will Do- Attend to incoming calls and emails from user / public
- Assist to troubleshoot and escalate case when needed
- Maintain good service standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and patience
- Able to stay calm and professional during peak periods
- Comfortable to perform shift work, including weekend
