Develop and execute strategic plans for identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities. Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, and risk assessments for proposed transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies. Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide investment decisions within the energy and natural resources sector. Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements in M&A activities.
