Manufacturing Technician / Production Operator
About the role
This is a production and manufacturing role in a stable MNC environment located in Kallang. You will operate production and manufacturing equipment, perform product assembly and testing, and support quality assurance activities in a rotating shift environment.
Working Hours- 5-day work week
- Rotating shifts
- Overtime opportunities available
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+ Shift Allowance)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+ Higher Shift Allowance)
Key responsibilities- Operate production and manufacturing equipment
- Perform product assembly and testing according to work instructions
- Set up machines and equipment for production runs
- Carry out quality checks and inspections on products
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Support basic troubleshooting and rework activities
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards
- Work closely with supervisors and engineers to ensure smooth production operations
- Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, electronics, semiconductor, or related industries
- Able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required
- Willing to work in a production environment
