- Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service to members, guests, and visitors
- Handle bookings, payments, and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Assist in maintaining records and updating internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth club operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or admin role
- NITEC (Academic) or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC-literate
- Able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
- Strong team player with a positive working attitude
- Must be willing to work morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and public holidays
