About the role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Bakels Singapore (Pte) Ltd, a leading provider of baking ingredients in the Jurong East West Region of Singapore. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base within the baking and food service industries.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the baking and food service sectors
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on our range of high-quality baking ingredients
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Accurately report on sales activities and pipeline to the management team
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the baking or food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical advice
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A passion for the baking and food service industries and a desire to excel in a sales role
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
