About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Optimisation Manager/Senior Manager with deep expertise in digital optimization, programmatic advertising, and the advertising ecosystem to join our Marketing & Media Solutions Division.
This role focuses on campaign planning, active monitoring, timely adjustments, tracking implementation, and post-campaign analysis to achieve outstanding performance outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate combines a data-driven mindset with a passion for optimization and a strong ability to navigate complex advertising technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Optimisation- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across programmatic, search, social, and other digital channels for our clients.
- Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure performance goals are met, implementing timely adjustments to bidding strategies, targeting parameters, and creative assets.
- Refine audience segmentation, contextual targeting, and inventory utilization to optimize campaigns for maximum yield.
- Conduct A/B testing and deploy advanced techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Align campaign strategies with client objectives to ensure a balance between ROI and revenue growth.
- Oversee accurate tracking setup for all client campaigns, ensuring end-to-end measurement and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tracking or tagging issues to maintain campaign performance visibility.
- Conduct detailed post-campaign analysis to assess performance against KPIs and identify key learnings.
- Generate comprehensive reports, providing actionable insights and clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and ad operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Partner with tech providers and agencies to maximize the value of media investments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, programmatic advertising advancements, and ad tech innovations.
- Share knowledge and educate internal teams and clients on performance marketing best practices.
- Manage and allocate clients’ campaign budgets to optimize spending efficiency and achieve performance targets.
- Prepare detailed budget reports with insights and actionable recommendations for future optimizations.
- Share benchmark reports internally and externally to establish performance standards and guide best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 6 - 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising, optimization, and campaign strategy.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance and innovation.
- Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem, including real-time bidding, auction dynamics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of Demand-side Platforms (DSPs), Supply-side Platforms (SSPs), and digital media buying to maximize ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ad Manager, SEM, Google Analytics, DV360, Tableau, or equivalent CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful and results-driven, with a track record of challenging the status quo and implementing innovative solutions.
Please note that this position will be on a 2-year contract.
