Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of performance marketing, and a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Paid Media & Performance Marketing
This category covers all aspects of using paid advertising to drive results. The specialist in this role is a PPC Specialist who is data-driven and focused on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Social Media Ads: Manages and optimizes campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok. This involves audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing ad creative.
  • Google Ads (SEM): Creates and manages paid search campaigns to ensure the company's ads appear prominently in search results for relevant keywords. This requires a deep understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy.
  1. Organic Search & Content
This function focuses on improving the website's visibility without paying for ad placements. The specialist acts as an SEO Specialist and Content Manager.
  • Website SEO: Implements both on-page and off-page SEO strategies. This includes optimizing website content for keywords, ensuring the site is technically sound, and building backlinks to improve its authority.
  • Content Creation: Develops and manages website content, such as blog posts and landing pages, that are optimized for both search engines and the target audience.
  1. Website Management & Technical Skills
This area supports all other marketing efforts by ensuring the website is a robust and functional platform. The specialist functions as a WordPress Administrator.
  • WordPress Knowledge: Manages the company's website, including updating content, installing and managing plugins, and ensuring the site's overall health and security. This is crucial for implementing SEO changes and supporting paid media campaigns.
