Job Responsibilities of QA & NPI Assistant Manager:
- Lead and manage QA activities for new product development to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
- Support new projects by reviewing quality performance, resolving issues, and guiding NPI QA engineers.
- Lead process validation efforts and assess readiness for product launch.
- Collaborate with customers to define feasible quality specifications during NPI.
- Ensure supplier evaluation aligns with the Supplier Approval Process.
- Supervise First Article and NPI Quality team members.
- Minimum diploma
- 3-5 years experience in quality management for NPI
- Good understanding of ISO 13485 and validation
