Job Description

Review, draft, negotiate, and issue sale and purchase agreements to support the company’s physical oil and products trading activities.
Evaluate and negotiate counter-proposal terms to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests, minimise exposure, and support favorable trading outcomes.
Manage contract administration and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control standards.
Coordinate the onboarding of new counterparties by supporting KYC, due diligence, and internal approval processes in liaison with relevant stakeholders.
Support tender and bid submissions by reviewing tender documentation, identifying contractual risks, and providing comments and recommendations where required.
