Job Description & Requirements:

  • Assisting Corporate Secretary in handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our client but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholder resolutions
  • Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers of statutory returns
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or above
  • Proficiency working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under pressure & meet deadline
