Bank Senior HR Officer (Perm, Foreign Bank) - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support across departments in line with HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Prepare, process, and review monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and tax regulations.
- Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Support organizational development initiatives and HR best practices.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support staff growth and compliance.
- Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Maintain and update employee records and the HRIS system accurately and securely.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including processing of payroll experience
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Banking & Finance industry.
