Human Resources Assistant x 1 (Learning & Development)
  1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and administering internal and external training programmes for office employees, project teams, and site personnel.
  2. Coordinate course registrations, training nominations, enrolments, confirmations, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations.
  3. Liaise with training providers, consultants, institutions, and internal departments on training arrangements.
  4. Maintain and update employee training records, competency matrices, licences, certifications, and training databases.
  5. Monitor validity and expiry of mandatory certifications, licences, and competency requirements for employees and site workers.
  6. Coordinate renewal and recertification arrangements before certification expiry.
  7. Ensure proper filing and record retention for training audits, internal reviews, and regulatory compliance.
  8. Handle employee enquiries relating to training, certification, and development opportunities.
  9. Perform other HR and training-related administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • (We support SGEP Graduate Programme)
  • 1-2 years of HR or training administration experience.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with training documentation and compliance records.
Senior Human Resources Executive x 1 (Learning & Development)
  1. Design and implement learning strategies aligned with the company goals and safety standards.
  2. Collaborate with HOD and Business Partners to identify training needs across technical and non-technical roles
  3. Develop competency frameworks
  4. Oversea end to end training activities: planning, scheduling, delivery and evaluation
  5. Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, including orientation and safety induction
  6. Coordinate technical training (e.g. BIM, WSH compliance) and soft skills (e.g. leadership, communication)
  7. Lead high potential talent programs and succession planning for leadership roles
  8. Conduct evaluation and contribute to organizational development initiative
  9. Continuously review and improve L&D programs based on feed and the business outcomes
  10. Ensure that our employees are equipped with the relevant certification to maintain the organization BCA grading
  11. Implement and management the Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting
  12. Promote e-learning and promote a culture of self-directed learning
  13. Liaise with government agencies (eg. Skill future, WDA) for training grants
  14. Work closely with external training providers and consultants.
  15. Ensure L&D initiative is consistent, scalable, and support long-term organizational growth.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or other related field.
  • 5-10 years in learning and development, with at least 3 years in construction industry
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Facilitation and good presentation skills
