Business Development & Operations Executive (Manufacturing)

We are a Singapore-based manufacturing company specializing in the production of material handling equipment, including moving carts and related products.

We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive to support our business growth and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and product opportunities
Support business development activities including customer follow-ups and coordination
Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are properly implemented
Assist in product improvement and customization based on market feedback
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery
Prepare reports on sales activities and customer feedback

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or business development
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and support day-to-day operations
