Position: Senior Therapy Assistant
Location: Singapore Boon Keng
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Administer basic TCM treatments under the supervision of a physician.
Educate patients on prescribed treatments and herbal medicines.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Our clinic is known for its professional and caring environment, and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a TCM Clinical Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Assist TCM physicians in providing patient care and treatments.Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment.
Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Administer basic TCM treatments under the supervision of a physician.
Educate patients on prescribed treatments and herbal medicines.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
Participate in clinic events and community outreach programs.
Selling of treatment and servicesRequirements:
Prior experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Basic Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
