Marketing & Client Services Assistant (Client Support & Admin)
We’re looking for a proactive and positive individual to join our dynamic team! If you enjoy supporting business operations, organizing workflows, and being part of marketing initiatives, this role offers a great opportunity to grow and contribute in a collaborative environment.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide essential business support to Marketing and Client Services Managers
- Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to keep operations running smoothly
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Assist with preparation and submission of commercial and government (GOV) tenders
- Work closely with team members across departments to support marketing activities
- Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Track and update marketing reports to support decision-making
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Help improve internal processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency
- Take on a variety of meaningful tasks that keep each day engaging and rewarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only (NO quota available for foreign workers)
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
- Friendly, service-oriented, and a strong teamplayer
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Training and guidance provided to support your growth
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Exposure to both marketing and business operations
