Overview
The Programme and Research Operations Coordinator will support the ongoing implementation of a digital mental health programme. This role involves close collaboration with the mindline.sg team and community counsellors to ensure smooth daily operations, with a focus on supporting counsellors, monitoring participant safety, and facilitating timely clinical escalation when required.The coordinator will also play a key role in driving programme quality improvements through research coordination and feedback collection.
This is strictly a 1-year contract with no potential for conversion or extension.
Key Responsibilities
Counsellor Engagement & Training- Organise and support onboarding, training sessions, and case consultation meetings for counsellors.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot issues reported by counsellors to ensure smooth platform use.
- Monitor the programme dashboard for risk or escalation alerts.
- Coordinate with clinical psychologists to ensure timely follow-up and participant support.
- Coordinate qualitative research activities, including interviews between participants and freelance interviewers.
- Collect, organise, and summarise feedback from participants and counsellors for reporting and quality improvement.
- Assist with documentation, data organisation, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in mental health and/or digital health.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good IT literacy and comfort in engaging with digital platforms and dashboards.
- Conscientious, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to evolving programme needs.
