Investment Specialist (Fintech)

• Deliver Regional Financial Literacy Workshops & Seminars
• Providing financial literacy training to elevate financial and investment knowledge across SG & MY.
• Conduct workshops at both our physical stores and at industry related events on money-mindset, risk assessment, key investment frameworks (diversification, factor investing, etc.) and personal / lifestyle finance.
• Develop a comprehensive "Investing 101" curriculum, by means of modular content, including decks, scripts, and worksheets, and maintaining this internal database of reusable templates for different segments of clients
• Promote US and Homemarket (SG/MY) as growth engines for investment opportunities
• Translating Investment Research into Actionable Insights
• Bridge insights between institutional grade research into clear, practical investing actions for different client segments.
• Convert macro insights into trading and investing guides and investor-friendly summaries.
• Support regional campaigns tied to economic data, earnings seasons, and thematic cycles with easy-to-follow learning points.
• Internal Enablement & Content Standardization
• Be the internal education content partner for Marketing, Partnerships, PR, Community, and Content teams.
• Standardize beginner education assets across SG/MY to ensure brand and educational consistency.
• Ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user-centric clarity of content across all educational outputs
• Contribute to the overall objectives of the investment research and education team
• Conduct and host webinars for industry partners and locally registered listcos (SG focus)
• Required to attend and support relevant industry and media events
• Ensure timeliness and follow up on tasks as assigned (e.g. Earning season)
• Represent the firm to engage the media (Mandarin and English speaking) through interviews

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the financial markets and/or securities industries.
• Minimum a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance and/or Economics, or a related field is essential. Professional accreditations such as CFA, CMT or equivalent would be desired.
• Sound knowledge of different financial products and asset classes and possess CMFAS certification (RES1A/RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI)
• Have experience with trading and investing platforms such as TradingView and Bloomberg Terminal is a must
