Responsibilities:

Manage operations for trade lifecycle , settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and client reporting.
Manage daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation across all asset classes.
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative culture and focusing on continuous learning and low staff attrition.
Identify and implement enhancements in operational workflows and system efficiencies.

Requirements:

Relevant degree with at least 12 years of experience in investment banking operations.
Strong understanding of financial products and markets across various asset classes, particularly equities and securities.
At least 5 years of team management experience.
