As a Senior Executive, P&OD (Clinical Education), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide admin support for planning, developing, and managing clinical education programmes:
• Manage training data and documentation for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with admin and clinical leads to plan, implement, and evaluate faculty development activities.
• Support policy development related to clinical education and training.
• Provide admin and secretariat support for clinical education matters.
• Coordinate and support departmental projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with broader teams on cross-functional or organization-wide projects.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisors and leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree qualifications preferred
• 5 years of related experience in healthcare or education capacity
• Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
