• Cold calling and outbound sales daily
• Speaking to potential clients and presenting immigration solutions
• Conducting consultations and closing deals directly
• Following up and converting leads into sales
• Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Strong sales closers (hunters only)
• Confident handling rejection and high-pressure sales
• Self-driven and motivated by high commission earnings
• Able to close deals without hand-holding
• Immediate starters preferred
