Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
- Deliver on equipment performance in terms of availability, UPH, OEE and MTTR
- Set up and track KPIs for department
- Set up maintenance procedures and schedules
- Revise, establish and set up equipment calibration methods
- Parts management
- Improve equipment Cost-of-Ownership
- Train and develop team on Equipment Maintenance methodologies
- Drive cost down programs
- Perform equipment Cost-of-Ownership studies
Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum >10 years working experience in Wafer Fab or Bump Fab
- Minimum >3 years working at management level
