Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly revenue goals.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG or food-related products
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Connections in retail, HORECA, or food distribution sectors will be an advantage.
