Maintenance Technician

• MNC in Logistic industry
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Days: 5 days work week

Your Role, Your Influence:

1. Performing routine maintenance and inspection of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they operate at peak performance
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures
3. Conducting repairs and replacements of faulty components, parts, and equipment
4. Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and spare parts utilised
5. Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to minimise operational disruptions
6. Collaborating with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and project work
7. Identifying potential equipment issues before they become critical problems through preventative maintenance practices
8. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities
9. Assisting in the training and mentoring of junior technicians when required

The Ingredients for Success:

1. Relevant technical qualifications or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
2. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
3. Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, equipment operation, and safety protocols
