Business Development Executive

New Business Development (Sales)

Full time

$2,500 – $4,200 per month + commission

Responsibilities:

• Explore potential customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
• Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share.
• Planning of sales visit to customer to address customer’s needs.
• Preparation of sales proposal, quotations and attending customer’s inquiries.
• Conduct engaging technical presentations and demonstration to illustrate product features and benefits to existing and prospective customers.
• Preparation of document / presentation materials for project sales.
• Liaising with internal & external stakeholder on project progression including performance bond preparation, delivery lead time, installation date etc.
• Follow up payment status with client.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognized institution
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales & marketing roles in engineering or packaging industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
• Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills
• Cheerful and pleasant personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to start immediately preferable
• Technical background will be a plus
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
