Quick Response & Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Quick Response & Compliance Officer to join our operations team. This role is suited for a disciplined and responsive individual who is comfortable with shift work and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular compliance inspections and site visits
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met
Respond promptly to emergencies, activations, and operational incidents
Support ad-hoc duties related to compliance and quick response operations

Requirements

Minimum SSO Licence (valid)
Own motorcycle/bike is mandatory
Able to work shifts and respond to urgent activations when required
Good communication and coordination skills

Work Arrangement

Shift pattern: 2 Days / 2 Nights / 2 Off
Work schedule may be adjusted depending on team needs and roster requirements
