Service Desk Agent (1st Level IT Support)
  • East, Singapore
  • Shift-Based Role
  • 1-Year Renewable Contract
  • Salary up to $3,200 Basic + Shift Allowance + Bonus

Working Hours:

Option 1:

  • 12-hour rotating shift arrangement
  • (2 Days Work / 2 Days Off)

Includes weekends and public holidays

OR

Option 2:

Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day
  • Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Weekend shifts may be required, with off-in-lieu provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level IT technical support via phone and email
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for IT incidents and service requests
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant 2nd level support teams
  • Log, track, and update incident tickets accurately in the ticketing system
  • Follow up on reported issues through to resolution and closure
  • Ensure timely updates are provided to users within SLA timelines
  • Prioritise and classify incidents based on urgency and business impact
  • Manage customer expectations professionally and effectively
  • Perform ad-hoc duties related to service desk operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in an IT-related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Service Desk / Desktop Support / End-User Support
  • Familiar with: Windows Operating System, Active Directory, MS Outlook, Mobile device support
  • Singaporean only
