Product Strategy and Development Head, Data Center - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

• Define, communicate, and implement the product strategy for company across the Asia Pacific region.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle of Hyperscale and Colocation offerings across multiple markets and metropolitan areas.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare comprehensive product and service documentation, including operational policies and definitions.
• Formulate targeted pricing strategies tailored to various customer segments and regional markets.
• Support product customization efforts and coordinate the successful launch of new solutions.
• Ensure alignment of product development and integration across cross-functional teams.
• Develop sales enablement materials, product marketing content, and lead product training sessions.
• Partner with sales teams to support key customer engagements and coordinate bid submissions in collaboration with the CTO, Operations, and Sales Engineering teams.
• Carry out other responsibilities as required to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in product management, preferably within the data center or telecommunications sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing data center product portfolios and understanding industry-specific requirements.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in multicultural, cross-functional, and regional settings.
• Familiarity with data center specifications to effectively engage customers and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
