Responsibilities- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand and fulfil hiring needs for specialised roles.
- Administer employee benefits and manage annual renewals, including insurance and medical plans.
- Handle foreign manpower applications and transactions with the Ministry of Manpower.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly group-wide manpower reports.
- Maintain the HR database with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage and procure employee business card requests.
- Provide back-up support to the General Administration team when required.
- Undertake additional HR or administrative duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and labour practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
