Position : Warehouse Supervisor (Packing / Inventory)

Location : West – Jalan Buroh
Working hours : 5.5 days | Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.30pm, Sat 8.30am–12.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Precision Engineering

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily packaging operations and assign work to packers
Ensure all packing is done according to company procedures and quality standards
Maintain accurate finished goods inventory records in Excel and NAV system
Check stock quantity and isolate products with quantity variance from QC COC records
Report inventory or quality issues to QA and maintain proper documentation
Prepare purchase requisitions for packaging consumables replenishment
Support stock accountability, inventory updates and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in packaging supervision, inventory or warehouse operations
Must have hands-on ERP / WMS / NAV system experience
Able to use Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
Able to work OT when required
