Job Summary
You will accurately handle customer payments, issue receipts, assist with take-out orders, and maintain an organized cashier station while supporting front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Process customer payments accurately using cash, card, and digital methods to ensure correct transaction handling
- Issue receipts promptly and manage the cash register to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist customers with take-out orders and respond to inquiries to enhance customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station to support efficient operations
- Support front-of-house team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous cashier or retail experience to contribute to efficient transaction handling and customer service
- Basic math and computer skills to perform payment processing and register management
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills to engage effectively with customers
