Job Responsibilities
- Tax compliance: Review the daily tax return of Singapore/Vietnam/India subsidiaries from the group level and give comments on the tax rule execution.
- Transfer Pricing: Review transfer pricing methodology from the Singapore level and monitor its implementation; Manage the service and royalty flow; Manage TP documentation and ad-hoc TP topics.
- Tax risk control: Identify and monitor potential tax risk from the group level and provide tax advice to the BU in daily operations (if necessary)
- Work with the group on the analysis and simulation related to Pillar 2.
- Manage, execute tax projects (e.g., asset/business transfer, application of tax incentive, etc) and other cross-functional projects
- Manage tax audits/investigations and tax risk analysis at the Singapore level
- Maintain a healthy relationship with tax authorities, coordinate with external consultants/agencies/auditors regarding tax matters
- Follow and manage the IHQ requirements.
- High degree (equivalent to a Bachelor's / Master's) in economics, finance, tax, or law
- 4+ years of Corporate Tax experience, solid knowledge in accounting and tax, Big 4+ FMCG in-house experience is a plus
- Structured approach in planning and execution, experience with business management
