Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities: Classroom Preparation- Set up classrooms according to required layout (e.g., exam seating, U-shape, cluster).
- Arrange tables, chairs, and training materials in accordance with session requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and neatness of the training area before and after use.
- Prepare and distribute training materials (handouts, stationery, name tents, forms).
- Set up IT equipment such as laptops, projectors, speakers, and clickers (if applicable).
- Conduct basic equipment checks to ensure readiness for the trainer.
