What You’ll Do- Provide holistic financial advice across insurance, investments, retirement, and estate planning
- Conduct meaningful fact-finding, risk profiling, and financial needs analysis to truly understand each client
- Design and present personalised financial strategies aligned to client goals and life stages
- Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive engagement
- Achieve advisory and performance targets (APE, revenue, client acquisition) with integrity and professionalism
- Participate in client events, seminars, and lead-generation initiatives supported by the firm
- Maintain strict compliance with MAS, FAA, and internal governance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to deliver well-rounded solutions
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Singapore Citizen
- CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI, M8/M8A) — or willingness to complete them during onboarding
- Experience in financial advisory, private banking, or insurance sales is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills — you can simplify complex financial concepts
- A client-centric mindset with accountability, drive, and professionalism
