[SINGAPORE FLYER] Digital Marketing and Design Executive

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies for the Attraction. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of digital campaigns, media buying, website and e-commerce optimisation, social media management, content creation, online advertising, creative design, and digital asset development.
The incumbent is also expected to track, analyse, and report campaign performance, ROI, conversion metrics, and guest engagement insights to support revenue growth, brand visibility, and digital sales performance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, EDMs, display advertising, SEO, SEM, video, mobile, and programmatic channels to drive brand awareness, website traffic, guest engagement, and online conversions.
- Manage and optimise the Attraction’s e-commerce and digital sales channels, including website landing pages, webstore campaigns, online ticket promotions, guest journeys, and conversion funnels to drive ticket sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics including impressions, reach, engagement, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue attribution; prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation.
- Develop compelling digital content and creative assets, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, short-form videos, motion graphics, and social media content tailored to different audience segments and digital platforms.
- Manage and maintain the Attraction’s digital platforms, including website, social media channels, CRM platform, and online listings to ensure content accuracy, consistency, user experience, and brand alignment; develop and execute content calendars to drive audience engagement and growth.
- 6. Work closely with Sales, Ticketing, Operations, and external stakeholders to support digital campaigns, seasonal launches, online promotions, partnerships, events and integrated marketing activations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, influencers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of campaigns, creative assets, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, consumer behaviour, AI tools, and industry best practices to recommend innovative marketing strategies and improvements.
- Maintain organised records and archives of creative assets, campaign reports, digital advertisements, media schedules, and marketing materials for reporting and refence purposes.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects, promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and cross-departmental assignments as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Business, Multimedia Design, E-Commerce, or related disciplines.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, media buying, performance marketing, content creation, or digital campaign management, preferably within tourism, lifestyle, retail, or other consumer facing industries.
- Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or other relevant digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, online customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimisation, digital sales funnels, and guest journey management.
- Proficient in graphic design, photography, videography, and digital content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, EDM marketing, CRM systems, website content management systems, social media trends, and digital content strategies.
- Strong creative sense with excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in tourism, lifestyle, or entertainment, or related industries will be an added advantage.
