• Create a full range of visuals assets including paid and organic social media, email marketing campaigns, product illustrations, digital and physical events/print
• Building new designs for the website and working together with developers, marketing, and product teams to generate user-friendly and converting web pages
• Work closely with the marketing team to analyze the output and make changes according to gathered data and A/B testing
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the business to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Act as the bridge between marketing strategy and field execution

• Diploma or Degree in Visual Communications, Marketing or Graphic Design or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience as a graphic designer or in related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator
• Possess a strong eye for visual composition
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Able to commit a 5.5 day work week
• Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM, Saturday/Sunday, 10AM – 2PM)
