Data Analyst (ENTRY LEVEL)

• Basic from $3k to $3.5k + AWS + Bonus
• Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:30pm
• Location: Kallang

• Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, business opportunities, and areas for performance improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and databases using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SAP, and internal systems
• Support sales planning and decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper maintenance of sales and customer data
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to support market development initiatives and strategic planning
• Assist in lead generation activities, promotional campaigns, and other B2B marketing initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Automate and streamline reporting processes where possible to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct research and investigate business outcomes to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for management review and business planning

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau and knowledge of Power Automate will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Highly meticulous, organized, and committed to maintaining data accuracy and quality
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to propose ideas and initiatives to improve business performance
