About the Role
As a Junior. Evaluator , you will be an olfactive development expert, guiding Perfumers in the fragrance creation process and contributing to the strategic development of fragrances and new technologies that resonate with consumers. You will partner closely with Account Managers, Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Market Research, Technology and Lab teams to shape fragrance strategies and deliver winning solutions for both customer briefs and proactive initiatives.
You will report to the Creative Fragrance Director and/or Senior Creative Fragrance Manager, Fabric Care and will play a key role in:
Main Responsibilities- Defining and executing fragrance development strategies and creative processes.
- Leading the olfactive vision and fragrance strategy for your assigned customers and for the upstream Category proactive work.
- Managing multiple complex briefs and developing/selecting fragrances aligned with project goals.
- Translating Consumer Market Insight (CMI) data into actionable olfactory guidelines for Perfumers.
- Working with the Technology team, Creation and Application Laboratories on fragrance and technology stability testing and product troubleshooting.
- Liaising with other regional creative centers to coordinate and complete global project assignments.
- Driving and supporting cross-regional project teams when relevant.
- Partnering with commercial teams to understand and align with business objectives.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying olfactive white spaces with the Marketing team.
- Conducting olfactory analyses of new launches to fuel future fragrance development.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years to 10 years of experience in fragrance evaluation, ideally across multiple categories and geographies, ideally with strong exposure to Fabric Care.
- Strong olfactory expertise, paired with functional knowledge of fragrance development processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience managing complex projects and working with global or regional accounts.
- Good technical knowledge of fragrance behavior in various Fabric Care applications (stability, base interactions, compliance).
- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to drive innovation and anticipate market preferences.
- Good communication and presentation skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate consumer data into meaningful fragrance directions.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multicultural, cross-functional environments.
