Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal server room conditions and functionality of network devices.
• Maintain network services (RADIUS, DNS, DHCP), ensuring proper configuration and updates.
• Monitor wireless networks, routers, and switches to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Perform first-level monitoring of firewall systems and address potential security threats.
• Maintain global, internet, and domestic network connections, resolving traffic abnormalities.
• Ensure operational readiness of the Core BCP system for hybrid work environments.
• Update and patch network devices to protect against security threats.
• Address networking vulnerabilities highlighted by the security team.
• Oversee network device renewals and maintenance contracts.
• Respond to outages, escalate issues, and provide solutions within SLAs.
• Assist in developing IT processes and procedures for network management.
• Contribute to network-related projects, ensuring alignment with existing infrastructure.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in deploying and managing network-related projects.
• Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP) and Professional Security certification.
• Experience with Cisco Core Switches, Aruba, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco EWC, and APs.
• Knowledge of Hyper-V VMs for network services, DHCP, MFA, network monitoring, and Azure IaaS.
