Project Engineer Job Scope:

• Provide support to the Project Manager in managing and coordinating day-to-day project operations to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication on project matters.
• Attend and participate in regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to review progress and resolve issues.
• Review project drawings and technical documentation, and raise clarification requests to address discrepancies encountered during implementation.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure works comply with quality standards and assist in updating and maintaining the project quality plan.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Minimum 1 year of site experience in construction or M&E projects.
• Familiar with site coordination, construction drawings, and processes.
• Able to work independently on site and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels

Design Engineer Job Scope:

1. Create and modify detailed engineering drawings (Fire Protection, Electrical, or M&E) using AutoCAD or BIM/Revit.
2. Perform load calculations, hydraulic calculations (for fire systems), and cable sizing in accordance with Singapore Standards.
3. Develop schematic diagrams, floor layouts, and detailed cross-section drawings for building services.
4. Ensure all designs comply with local regulatory requirements.
5. Research and specify technical equipment and materials that meet project requirements and budget constraints.
6. Collaborate with Project Engineers and Architects to resolve design clashes and ensure smooth installation on-site.
7. Manage the submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical manuals for client approval.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related M&E discipline).
• Strong foundational skills in AutoCAD are essential. Knowledge of BIM (Revit) is highly preferred in the current construction landscape.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex engineering calculations.
