About the role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Diver to join our team at Ship Husbandry Commercial Diving Services in the Singapore waters. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting commercial diving projects.
What you'll be doing- Perform underwater inspections, Hull Cleanings ,Propeller Polishing, and repair work on marine infrastructure, vessels, and other submerged structures
- Operate and maintain diving equipment, Hull Cleaning Equipments ,air compressors, dive helmets, and other specialized gear
- Collaborate with the dive team to ensure the successful and safe completion of all diving operations
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of diving activities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- A recognised commercial diving qualification and valid diving certification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a commercial diver, with a proven track record of successful underwater operations
- Strong understanding of commercial diving equipment, procedures, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Physically fit and able to work in a challenging underwater environment
