We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to support our expansion in Singapore
Key Responsibilities：- Actively participate in ChaPanda's expansion strategy and growth initiatives in Singapore
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new store locations across Singapore
- Source, develop, and manage potential franchise partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping malls, landlords, real estate agents, and other key business stakeholders
- Conduct market and trade area research, site evaluations, and support store opening preparations
- Continuously drive store development and business growth for the brand in Singapore
Requirements:
- Candidates with existing mall and commercial property connections in Singapore will be preferred
- Proven experience in retail expansion, site acquisition, franchising, leasing, or business development
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
