Responsibilities
- Optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and output
- Troubleshooting and resolving production or CNC/ Grinding/Milling/ EDM equipment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve technologies and processes
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the precision engineering industry
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing production
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in Chinese to liaise directly with Chinese counterpart in China
