Overview

Human Resource (Learning & Development) is responsible for the equipping and improvement of the quality and skills-level of our staff to achieve organisational effectiveness and excellent service delivery. This role will provide admin support in the review, development and implementation of human resource learning & development plans and programmes in support of NUH’s goal.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

Learning Program Implementation and Support:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing L&D programme schedules
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution
  • Prepare and organize training materials and ensure logistical support for training sessions
  • Maintain and update training records and documentation
  • Compile and prepare reports on training outcomes and metrics
  • Support in NUH’s events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc

HR Function Administration:

  • Administer and execute HR processes such as sponsorship, orientation, fundings, and training administration
  • Monitor and report on key training indicators
  • Assist in maintaining learning content on the eLearning platform / support user accounts and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist in auditing learning and development programs to ensure relevance, maintenance of standards, and alignment with NUH's goals and objectives
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)
  • Support events / programmes such as staff wellness, process/ work improvement review projects etc, as and when assigned or appointed
Requirements
  • Diploma from a recognised institution
  • Organised, Pro-active, Sense of Urgency
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong Passion and Drive
  • Good Personal Values (e.g. Integrity)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Selected candidates may be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance.
