The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity to work in an MNC environment - one of the leaders in the Beauty Industry!
Monday - Friday/9am to 6pm
Location: Central
6 months contract
Salary: Up to $5k (Subjected to experience)

The Talent:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
Strong interest in cosmetic science and regulatory affairs
Candidates without experience but with relevant studies is welcomed to apply as training will be provided!

Job Description

Prepare all the dossiers for HSA cosmetic product notification submission.
Collate, organize and maintain all required documentation for each notification license.
Coordinate with distributors/retailers to obtain FDA approval numbers and update in the internal system and master file
Submit new cosmetic product notifications via the HSA portal in compliance with Singapore's HSA requirements
Conduct compliance reviews of product artwork, labeling, and cosmetic claims according to the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive.
Maintain & well-organized regulatory database of all notification licenses, expiry dates, submission records, Project Tracking
Manage ad hoc regulatory submissions to support special campaigns and authority post-market audits.
Liaise with internal stakeholders
