Warehouse Supervisor /& Warehouse Assistant - Choa Chu Kang

1. Warehouse Supervisor / Up to $2,800

• Communicate with customers via email/phone
• Planning of operations and in charge of delivery team
• Monitor safety requirement and oversee operation and customer Service team
• Adhere to company SOP and Safety Standard
• At least GCE N Level with 3 years relevant experience including traffic duty
• Computer Literate, proficient in English and able to commit overtime

1. Warehouse Assistant /Up to $2,100

• Assess stock levels of the warehouse and report the needs to supervisor.
• Stock supplies on shelves and perform warehouse maintenance.
• Receive stock and ship orders, and assist other teams when required
• Cyclic stock taking and take on projects and other requests.
• Check equipment inventories on a regular basis, deliveries.
• Verify transport documents and communicate with reception.
• Work with Warehouse Packers to coordinate the movement of goods
• Knowledge of industrial storage procedures such as stacking pallets
• Ability to itemise and record stock for inventories
• Ability to lift 20kg, and commit overtime
• Possess reach truck/stacker/forklift license will be advantageous
