• Oversee all operational and financial aspects of the assigned outlet to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate reservations and manage table capacity to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and repeat business.
• Take responsibility of the outlet’s daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency and effective team coordination.
• What We’re Looking For
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance.
