Admin Assistant | Front Receptionist // Near MRT Stations

Location: Potong Pasir
Shifts: 5 Days per week (42hrs per week) – Inclusive of 1 Weekend
Working Hours: (9am-630pm) or (1230pm to 10pm) - Rostered
Salary: $16/hr

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Job Scope:

  • Manage customer care counter operations and attend to residents’ enquiries
  • Process counter-related transactions and documentation
  • Provide administrative support for daily operations
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting events as required
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Maintain organised counter area and ensure service standards are met

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and courteous demeanour
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure
  • Possesses fundamental administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
