Admin Assistant | Front Receptionist // Near MRT Stations
Location: Potong PasirShifts: 5 Days per week (42hrs per week) – Inclusive of 1 Weekend
Working Hours: (9am-630pm) or (1230pm to 10pm) - Rostered
Salary: $16/hr
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Job Scope:
- Manage customer care counter operations and attend to residents’ enquiries
- Process counter-related transactions and documentation
- Provide administrative support for daily operations
- Assist in coordinating and supporting events as required
- Execute additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Maintain organised counter area and ensure service standards are met
Requirements:
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform well under pressure
- Possesses fundamental administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
