Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and follow-up actions on behalf of management.
  • Track deadlines, monitor outstanding tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors.
  • Provide administrative support for projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and special assignments as required.
